Today I have ordered in Zomato order number 1186513125 where the request was made to deliver food from a food vendor CFC located in New Town.
I have paid the total amount via online but the delivery boy (SAJID HUSSAIN +918145199159) didn’t turn up and deliver the food instead he told that we tried to contact you but number was unreachable so he cancel the order but when I contacted him he told me you will get the refund don’t worry so as he has returned the food . I have also contacted CFC and they told the same . So I have raised a dispute as I have paid for food for which I should get but they said they won’t initiate the refund as I have cancell the order .
Zomato is really having bully employees who are selling food to third party without any prior notice .
I want my refund back
