Hi,
My name is Ankita. i have ordered cake online form sassy teaspoon. I called restaurant to cancel the order in 5 mins and restaurant was ready to do but the zomato was not ready saying the food is being prepared. I don’t understand if I have ordered a cake why will they prepare the food and above all they are not ready to give me the refund. I spoke to the executive after the call when I was speaking the with restaurant zomato itself has denied my order and said refund won’t be provided.i did not ask them to cancel my order if they are not gonna provide me refund rather I ask to bring.please help here
