I have placed order in Zomato app to freshmenu restaurant around 10pm
Order didn’t get delivered till 11pm I waited till 11.30 and then I tried reaching restaurant first as they were non responsive I started chat with Zomato and Zomato is also non responsive
After some time I see that order got marked delivered in app where in I didn’t receive my order and there is no update on the status of order or no reply to the query I raised through chat
