I have ordered 2 platinum thali from mangal sweets Prashant Vihar using Zomato App on 31st December 2020 at 9:50pm. After one hour delivery boy told us to talk to customer care n ask them to change the delivery boy. Zomato app don’t have option to call on customer care. They can only be contacted through chat. At around 11:10pm they told that some other person will deliver your order within 5-10mins. And at around 11:20pm they told that they cannot deliver the order. I have not prepared anything. I have small kids at home. At around midnight will they sleep without dinner. I want them to be highly penalized for this nuisance and these types of apps should be banned.kindly do the needful.
