Hi Deepinder, Wanted to bring a bizarre issue to your notice that your customer support refused to resolve and asked me to get in touch with you. I ordered some burgers as per attached bill and they sent me only 1 burger against a BOGO offer on Udta Punjab 2.0 but charged me for 2 and told me I should have chosen 2nd burger also while ordering. Instead of calling me and correcting this error they asked me to get in touch with Zomato. I have been chatting with your customer support since yesterday and instead of refunding 120/- ( cost of burger that was not delivered ) they asked me to get in touch with you. I’m surprised to receive this kind of response from customer support. Pls have it resolved asap and ask your customer support and partner restaurants not to take customers for a ride.
