dear sir/madam

today i was order some food through ZOMATO app & received the food washout taping(the container or bag not sealed with ZoMATO TAPE)  also its spillage issue than i told zomoato person(through The chat ) & zomato person replayed me they are helpless & they are not responsible for this .they are not take back they food and also they are Denay for refund

so sir my humble request to you please look in to this matter & take a necessary action
