Hi,
I am Yuvraj, today my brother ordered food by setting my actual location. Sometimes later the delivery boy called me and said the unmatched address so, i told him that it’s not my address. Then Zomato customer service called me and said your address is mismatched therefore tell me your address. I told her my address again and she refused to deliver and cancel my order on their own and said the refund isn’t processing and didn’t refund my money. This is so ridiculous.
