The Zomato is involved with restaurant in sinister conspiracies. I ordered chicken noodles and after opening what I saw was shattering and shocking . Ants were crawling on the chicken noodles and a complaint was raised by me but nothing done by Zomato . Once more a catastrophic disaster as I ordered chicken noodles but I got vegetable noodles instead of chicken and again complaint raised but result was null by these dulls. The biggest problem is that Zomato does not have a customer care number and no customer support on chat too . What they have is just a bot which is totally useless .it is also meaningless.i am dead sure Zomato is also part of this fraud because I encountered a same problem instead of chixken I got veg noodles and my whole money was refunded and I never requested for it .
