I ordered one pizza from Pizza by zomato. The whole order was completely cold. First thing the guy who delivered the pizza didn’t give the bill at the time of delivery. When we saw and call that guy told sir i can’t do anything contact support.
One funny thing is that they have only chat support not call which is also only for the shake of name actually they do comedy there. You cant get any help out of the chat. you will last up with wasting your time. At night 1130 he says sir please wait for some time our team is tracking with the restaurant please wait for some time once we get any response we will let you know. That too only though email?. If you tell anything they says sir please don’t use profanity here.
We need to follow company policy and protocols which is scrap just for shake of name.
