This all confusion was because of one support executive who did not understood the concern and i have to now explain everything from start.
So,
1. One order was made on 26 april with order ID 1804003617 where 1 item was not delivered of Rs. 64 .
I contacted the customer care and they said they are refunding the amount as the restraunt accepted they forgot to pack item .
I will attach the screenshot of the chat as well.
2. Another order was made on 28 april with order ID 1765224639 where two items were missing creating a total amount of Rs 242 and i contacted the rider as well as the support person within two minutes after checking. The person said he is refunding amount of Rs. 255. I am attaching the screenshot for this as well.

In this period i received a refund of Rs 64 which i thought was of order ID 1804003617 but now i came to know that the refund for that order was not received and the support person initiated the refund of only rs.64 against order no1765224639 where it had much larger amount.
After 10 times connecting to the zomato support team everytime they say the refund of 255 is initiated but i do not receive anything.
Since then i have conneted to them many a times but everytime i receive same replies…it will reach your account
