Text of Complaint by Rasika Sasidharan:

I had bought a semi stitched suit online from Zipker.com (order no. 100514504) on 22.3.2019 andan applied for a return and refund on 26.3.19. But the return and refund was never processed (though it appears to be completed). I haven’t got the refund and the item it STILL lying in my house!

I have emailed the customer care service many times and a ticket was also raised regarding this issue but it is now closed without any action being taken. The item I have received is not how it appears to be on the website and I really want to return it. Please do the needful.
