I paid the Zip amount last to last month and they again activated my service. I generally order food using ZIP Mobikwik service but this time it was a fruad.
As soon as I paid my overall for last month, I got my service back to spend 1000 Rs and I ordered food of worth Rs 370 the same day I paid the bill. Within next 2-3 days they blocked my remaining amount that is 1000-370= ₹630 and told me to paid 1000₹ again even when i didn’t use the whole amount. On top of that without giving me the payment breakup when asked they charged penalty and that amount soon shooted to 2000₹.
Why should I pay 2000₹ when I only spent ₹370 in that month
