I purchased a phone on January’23. My 8 months emi started from February. I have paid all the EMIs till date but didn’t receive any of the interest cashbacks. Further, they have not updated my regular and on time payment history to the CIBIL bureau. Even after paying my EMIs on time, my CIBIL score got deducted showing that I missed a payment on March by 27 days. But paid it before the due date. I have contacted them but there has been solution.
