I ordered product from zepto and due to application glitch the payment deducted but the order got cancelled on 13-5-2023, i immediately raised a request for refund, they promised it will credit within 3 business days. However, even after 10 days, it is still pending from their end. I discussed it with 3 agents including 2 supervisor, still the issue persists.
