I order some items from zepto on 12/03/2023 and they promise to deliver my items within 15 min but they didn’t delivered the item in more then 3 hrs and after some time I get a message from zepto and they tell me they was cancelled the order and your amount will be refunded in next 3-5 days I am regularly taking up the follow up but my amount is not returned after 7 days they asked me it’s under process it’s will returned in more 3-5 days This is very worst experience I want to raised the complaint against zepto
