I order A product and received B product. I opted for return on Zepto App. Zepto sent a guy to Pick up the return delivery. The guy came and I gave him the product. And he scanned in the front of me and told me that the return is done and that I can check on mobile. So, I went to bring my mobile from my cabin and guy disappeared. So I just logged in to Zepto and check the return status and was shocked to see the status was showing return failed. I thought it would be a glitch, and it will show after sometimes. But nothing happened and that guy took the product, and I did not get my refund as well. So, either that guy was a habitual fraud who knew how to do fraud like this, or the onus is on Zepto for having fraudulent system in place where you cannot trace back the guy who took away the product. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Too much of trusting such app is really dangerous. Loss if small but experience from Zepto is big now. Will never allow a guy to leave the premises without checking each product.
