Today being a first time customer i ordered a few veggies brinjal greens and makhana in zepto app. While searching for makhana search result had makhanas and town grocer Prasad makhana as well among other makhana in the result. The image was small and I thought it’s lotus makhana and ordered town grocerprasad makhana thinking it’s brand name and ordered.
1. Brinjal i got was rotten and stinking bad and gooey rotten peices were all over the packet
Raised complaint now and customer care person initiated refund yet to receive the amount though
2. Prasad makhana delivered was a old product packed on August 22. Out of one year validity i just got only 2 months left.
Zepto has no customer obsession they are not ready to replace even with a fresh product.
Such a disappointing first time purchase and customer care has no customer obsession worst ever customer care they are just dumping old and rotten products to customers and looting money
