Dear Sir
I had booked a sari (order from DPL XY155797194593 on May 20) online through a firm (South Sarees). It was a golden wine sari. But the sari that I got on May 16 from you, for which I made a google pay payment of Rs. 1640, was dark golden wine sari. The material of the sari is not worth even Rs. 300. It is in no way a south saree because I have tons of them. The packet did not contain any bill either. I got the mail id (poojapandey1267@gmail.com) from the courier company that delivered the packet. I have not received any reply from the person or firm. I have realized that I have been nicely cheated by the firm. I want the firm, if it exists, to have the sari collected from the address where it was delivered and refund the amount of Rs. 1640.
