Sir i booked a ticket to my kid to almaty Kazakhstan but it was not successful however amount of Rs 28818 was deducted from my account. I got message from yatra that amount will be reversed till this time it has not been done. I am in distress as my kid has to book ticket. It is requested to reverse amount so that i be able to book ticket
