I have booked ticket for Japan via Yatra. Since the lockdown started they are saying airlines will issue refund however today airlines made it clear that Yatra is responsible for refund. PNR: NRHLA8
Airlines even told me that they have put waiver on my ticket so i am eligible for a refund. However, Yatra needs to contact them and expedite the process. Its been 2 months of getting stupid automated replies and selling lies. I will make sure nobody I know ever book ticket from Yatra.
