I have complaint from 3 months regarding my amount of money Rs 1412. I have booked hotel 3 months ago. My hotel not booked and money deducted from my account. They tell me that they send my refund on 18 of August but I didn’t get any refund and I have contacted to y bank branch they don’t get any details regarding my refund. Its too frustrated that didn’t give my money back
