Hi All,
I had a cancellation of an international flight with Yatra.com. I spoke to their customer service team and the cancellation was initated.
I have an email confirmation from Yatra that the refund is being processed.
Till date I have not received the amount. I am attaching the latest email comms from Yatra.
Appreciate if you could assist with this.
