I had a domestic flight ticket booking with yatra.com. Today, I had to cancel the booking. In the cancellation receipt, Yatra deducted 13183 as airlines cancellation charges. But the refund summary I received from the airlines clearly states airlines cancellation charges to be 12372. So basically yatra kept those 811 rupees with themselves.
When I raised the issue to customer care, they refund the money back. But it clearly demonstrates that this is an intentional fraud that this company is committing. This is not something done manually where there can be chances of errors. This is a fully automated workflow.
