I have a postpaid airtel no. 9163312743 under my name Arun Kumar Bandyopadhyay. The bill of July 2020 was Rs. 282/- (Due date: 14.08.2020). I wrongly did a recharge of Rs. 399/- (Payment/Transaction ID No. S15131578. Transaction description: PGDR/utility CC/14-08-2020 12:16:25/SWT). As I found that it was not adjusted with my bill, I also paid my bill amount of Rs. 282/- later. (Transaction ID: 200815219494). Please adjust the previously paid Rs. 399/- against my mobile no. so that I can refund that money.
