I am delivery partner of zomato and my delivery id is FE909750 and recently when i was making a delivery, in one order suddenly i got notification that i cancelled that order and so i got penalized for no reason whereas i never cancelled any order. I have been trying to contact zomato regarding this issue but first of all there is no contact number, other thing is whatever numbers they provided me as my team leader and area manager those all numbers are not in use and lastly problem is there is only one way to contact is to raise a ticket and explain issue and they will revert back in 48 hrs is totally useless. One message i send they reply in 2 days and again i send message again they reply in 2 days which is useless.
