Roaming services were used in Ireland, for which i-RoamFREE AUTO@500 was activated on mobile number 9819943512.
India is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of Ireland, it means if the plan is activated at IST 20:28:47 on 29/10/2018, i.e GMT 15:00:00 (Ireland time).
Find below the screenshot of bill where time of charges levied is shown. Charges are wrongly applied to our bill, hence please do provide credit in next bill for Rs. 1420/-
