would like to bring to your notice that my food order with the above mentioned order number was not delivered as the delivery guy did not arrive and i am made to pay for the order. the contact number of the delivery person provided to me by the customer support was also not reachable. the address is clear, additional details regarding the floor of the building were also provided. yet after waiting for 1 hour with the door of the house open, there was no one with the food order and yet i get a notification of order cancelled.
