Hi,
recently I have booked accommodation through Booking.com at Taipei and the hotel name is Work inn 101. After booking with in half an hour received mail from Booking.com mentioning the hotel has refused to provide accommodation and sorry about the same. Still I have called the hotel and visited personally as I was near by. Got the same answer that there is no accommodation and hotel is full. attaching mail received from booking.com and the credit card screen shot where Work inn charged me. trying to contact booking.com to check on the same. But the toll free nos mentioned are switched off. this is surprise.
