Hello All,
I have been wrongly billed for Rs. 864 for Amazon Prime subscription for 25th Feb to 24th March 2020. I have never availed this service. Also, I did not receive any message that I have been given this subscription. Hence, I could not act before.
I have tried calling up on 198 and registering my complaint on your website but could not do it. None of the executives are taking call due to COVID situation. Also, the customer care email ID is not responding. Hence, I am bringing this to your notice.
