This complaint is regarding the wrongful and fraudulent charges implied on us by Hotel Intercontinental, Marine Drive Mumbai. Even after paying for the extra person the hotel did not let the third person stay and asked for extra money. When asked about the same, the hotel stated it is hotel policy, when asked to show the hotel policy they said it is not written anywhere.
