Dear Sir,
my vodafone no 9751302260
we recharge 29-09-2018 rs 65 without my permition depit rs 63 from my ac for unknon activation my mobile is basic nokia phone
we asking customercare no 199 many times he told credit with in 2 hours
(kindly check voice regards)
till we not get amount, commitment gived voda offers name is Arun,anadhi,velmurugan, amutha,And Logaswaran
he provide ref nos 745588001 and 745671963
Kindly help refund my amount Rs63
and tack necessary action giving wrong commitment officers
