Text of Complaint by Manisha Arora:

I have purchased apple AirPods from flipkart on 2nd of May’2022 and the same was delivered on 4th of May’2022. Later I found that the AirPods were defective and took it to apple store for getting it tested. I found that the AirPods had already started the warranty period from 22nd February’2022. As per my purchase, I was supposed to get a warranty period from May’22 to May’23 however, the scamming background of my AirPods only offer me warranty period till Feb’23. This was unfair and I have raised it multiple times to flipkart customer support but they are not helping me. It has been a month that I only emails with promising dates for resolution.
