This is to bring to your kind notice and attention that I had booked an e ticket for my parents on the 6th of October 2018, for journey date 9th December 2018, from TCR to KYJ in train no 12218,
The boarding time shown and printed on the ticket was 11:10 am from TCR, ( ticket no -1) photo attached
But when my parents reached the station, train had already passed at around 08:40am( which was the original time of the train), so they missed the train,
They had to travel from TRICHUR TO CHEPPAD by bus, tickets attached for your reference, photo attached
But when i checked the tickets in website, the train timings are not showing in the tickets, (ticket no -2) photo attached
HENCE I AM ATTACHING THE SCREENSHOTS TO PROVE THAT THE TRAIN RAN ON ITS SCHEDULED TIME(12218) , AND I WAS GIVEN WRONG TIMING ON THE E-TICKET BY IRCTC,
I HAD CALLED 10- 12 TIMES ON IRCTC, BUT AGAIN AND AGAIN MY CALLS WERE DROPPED BY KEEPING ON HOLD, THIS IS COMPLETE CHEATING FROM IRCTC END, KINDLY REQUESTING YOU TO REFUND MY MONEY.
