Text of Complaint by Krishna Kumar Tripathi:

I onboarded in Ambala, conductor came & asked me to give Rs 500, when I asked for ticket, he said will get SMS because we operate in online model, no hard copies of ticket, but I haven’t received SMS of ticket, then I approached him to ensure my ticket, then after half an hour I have received message from Mobile No. 9896300525 in which PNR no. 1422282 Date of Journey 05.07.2023 & surprisingly Ticket is made from Delhi to Chandigarh, where in I am travelling from Ambala to Delhi. Is this any kind of joke, these fellows are playing with common people.
