Purchased a heel sandal size IND 6 (as per chart shown) which was little bigger for me but at the time of exchange have ordered size IND 5 but they sent me size IND 8
After many phone call to the meesho customer care for exchange/return but not nothing happened.
Meesho customer care was telling that since you have selected wrong/defective option it is not possible to exchange /return.
Dealer has send me wrong size sandal instead of size IND 5 they sent size IND 8 wrong size sent by them. They should send me whatever size have asked for exchange.
