with regard to the above I have up graded my Hd box into Xtream box few days back,from day one I am experiencing lots of problems like recording, blackouts and easy accessibility.
Further I come to understand the xtream box upgradation should be done properly by changing the receiver which is compatible to the xtream box, but your engineer who came for the installation of the xream box by changing the old HD box has not informed anything properly and also completed instalation without changing the receiver which is the old one compatible for HD box.
When an advanced box is installed it should have advanced features compared to the old HD box but you have forced us to take us the new xtream box without solving many software problems from your side and also not making proper installation by changing the compatible receiver.
I am still holding the payment for the current month since the problem is not solved by you and also completing the installation by changing the compatible receiver without any additional charges if not I may have to proceed with the consumer court.
I need your reply within 24 hours.
