I would like to inform you that I placed order id 1095820-8475991-8777201 on tue, 4th dec’18 at 10:24pm of total amount: Rs. 1676.64. ATHENA multicoloured printed maxi dress sizeL|Qty1, it was  delivered on Mon, 10 Dec 2018 by Myntra Logistics delivery person Mr. Mridul Dutta with mobile no. 8723945502.On Mon, 10 Dec 2018 I also received the items of the following order id 1095903-9997354-1033201placed on wed, 5th Dec’18 at 9:30pm total amount:Rs. 1094.84 of 3 items.
The items are the following:
  1. RIGO

PURPLE SOLID STRAPPY TOP

  1. MAYRA

BLUE SOLID A-LINE TOP

  1. ROADSTER

NAVY BLUE STRIPED ROUND NECK TSHIRT

It’s worth mentioning that I opened the package in front of Shri M. Dutta and told him that I have received a wrong product. He told me to send a mail. Accordingly on 10 December only I raised two returns
1.  One for ATHENA MULTICOLOURED PRINTED MAXI DRESS SIZEL|QTY1(1095820-8475991-8777201 ) as it was a wrong shipmen. I had ordered as per the display pic and description with full sleeves, but I received a sleeveless. Also the return reason dropdown did not had an option to select that I have received a completely different product.
2. Also I raised a return for MAYRA BLUE SOLID A-LINE TOP(1095903-9997354-1033201) which was one out of the three items I ordered. I returned because the fitting was very bad and the quality was very poor. I would like to mention that the other two items were aslo of very poor quality, but I choose to keep it.
Then the very next day pick up person came to pick both the items mentioned above, but he picked up only MAYRA BLUE SOLID A-LINE TOP(1095903-9997354-1033201) and advised that if I send a mail to [email protected], he will pick it up next day. But he again made one mistake that he took the transparent package of the HENA MULTICOLOURED PRINTED MAXI DRESS SIZEL|QTY1(1095820-8475991-8777201 ) along with MAYRA BLUE SOLID A-LINE TOP(1095903-9997354-1033201). But nobody came to pick that item afterwards. And I have been calling each and every day but nobody is providing any solution.(All emails are available with me.)
I have confirmed many time that I have all the requisite as per the mail jabong has been sending to me, barcode etc…But in vain my complain is not been taken care of
All the faults have been made by employees of Jabong but I am suffering. Instead for apologising they are just not bothering. The product is lying with me unused and they have taken my money. Please remember that is a hard earned money of a person, you have cheated me.
Finally I again advise you to take back the wrong product and refund my money.
