Text of Complaint by sashima tiwari:

I ordered a bandhnee saree online from Meesho worth 695 on 13 May 2021 and I received the delivery on 20 May 2021 however received completely a wrong saree. Instead of a bandhnee saree, they sent old smelling and dirty saree and even they have not the status of delivery on their app so that I can’t return the Order and get refund of my money. I have been calling them since 20 May itself for return and written several mails to them but till date they haven’t returned the product and I lost my 695 rupees and mental peace due to this. They are frauds and intentionally doing this. Please help me to get refund
