Text of Complaint by A.IBRAMSHA:

i was wrongly recharged the payment to d2h set up box to amount Rs.2500  , so i requested reversal the payment and they told me to recharge further Rs.361 so i did same .but so far for my amount not returned i send many mails and calls but different customer care persons , different answer like today night will be credited or with in one week or as soon possible. But so far i have not received the payment back .I have contacted nodel officer for tamilnadu region , unfortunately they did not give any reply.
