Text of Complaint by Pintu Nayak:

I book a room on oyo at the time of booking I saw a good quality room and I pay all amount through online after reaching the hotel I saw the room is totally different from the image which I have seen in oyo app and I call oyo customer service support they told me that only this kind of rooms are available in this hotel
