Please look into this matter. I’ve ordered a combo pack of a Amazonfit smart watch and Sony ear phones. They have sent only smart watch which is again Chinese and duplicate. Also, headphones are missing. It came from soundmonks.in
I paid 1699 for this product via Paytm and there is no proper number and email to connect with customer care. Also, their contact information is misleading. Please look into this and file case against this and help me to get my money back.
