Dear team ,
It is very painful and very disgusting feeling to share you the worst experience happened with me .
I have ordered a shoes loafer from your site which was delivered to me on 8 Jan 2024 however when I opened the box it was completely different product which was a sandal I have a vedio of unboxing and photos of the same I have raised the return request twice but they denied to pickup stating we will not take wrong item and they behaved rudely. Same I have spoken with the customer service members with 4-5 people’s but no one was able to rectify my problem and behaviour was very rude.
I have the vedio and photos of the packing and call recordings of the executives and will be complaining in the consumer court and want compensation for the mental agony or my refund my money back or else I will be forced to post it in all social media and YouTube every were.
Hope my issue gets resolved fast all the details and invoice is being attached for your reference and screenshots also
