I had ordered for a smart watch named “Vapor KW77” from a website called zookr.in vide order number “5dc35926-e212-40c7-ac2e-2d2bd77cac04” on 20th September 2018 and had the product delivered to me on 25th September 2018. Upon delivery of the product when seen it was not the product that I had ordered for. It was rather another product displayed on their website named “zook elite smart watch”. Post which the issue was raised with the customer care team via calls on their customer care number provided and also via email. After multiple follow ups I received an email from the company stating that a replacement will not be given as the product is the same as displayed on the website.
