Text of Complaint by Dhriti Gupta:

I purchased a kurta set from amazon with order number 403-6506362-0023559 delivered on 11 October,2022. instead of ordered item I received a dress of indya brand. I wanted to exchange the product but it was out of stock , so had to place a return request. My order was picked up on 14 oct. on asking about the refund i was told to wait for 10days. I waited around 15 days then again enquired so i was told tht my returned product does not match the item ordered so my return was rejected.
I told them again and again that this was the reason due to which i returned the product. I even shared pictures of wrong product which was sent to me while creating a return request.
Then only they picked up my product.
On asking again and again i was told to mail on another email id, which i did but did not receive any reply.
My product costed Rs 8579.
I contacted so many times but they disconnect my call in between the conversations stating that they cannot help me. Also, i asked them to share this to me in writing but they denied to do so. I am now stuck don’t have my outfit not even the amount paid.
