Hi Team,

This is regarding my order number 12465983. The product was delivered to me on 23rd of Jan and one item was missing in the product . Infact it was missing the tag as well. As soon as i opened the package i raised a return complaint using the right options from the app and next day when the courier pick up person to pick up to my surprise refused to pick up and asked me to speak to customer care sayimg you have received incomplete product and that too without tag. Now i spoke to customer care amd explained everything and Inwas assured that the details are recorded amd gave me a whatsapp number to forward the images to the number and assured me it will get resolved within 5 working days however nobody contacted me for days after that. I called again and again only to get another timeline of another 5 working days. The customer care executive seemed so unprofessional as they keep making me repeat the entire issue everytime I called. Anyways last friday the customer care executive finally realised that theu havent received the images on whats app yet and asked me to cross check the number and then finally realised that the number was wrong and asked me to resend it again amd told me this time ot will surely get resolved within 5 working days.

However nobody contacted me .Today i again reached out to the customer care and the team is saying that they have emailed and called me on 10th of feb to inform me that they cannot process the refund since the product is used. My question is when the full product is not delivered how can i even use that product. Also 10 feb was the same day where I shared the images to the right whatsapp number and your associate asked me to wait for another five days then howcome the resolution.
This entire experience has been so bad with tatacliq of seeing nobody taked responsibiltu here they just keep postponing until customer gives up and blamed customer for not receiving the right product from the team. I am attaching all my conversations here for you to see how I have been treated for last one month for an order which wasnt correctly delivered by your team because of their carelessness. It also shows the imcompetency of customer care team of Tata cliq. I swore by websites like myntra amazon and nyka for the seamless experience i had with them for years. I am never going to shop from tata cliq ever. Also you guys lost a customer on trust for just rs 299 . I am happy that i learnt my lesson for just 299 and dint lose more. Moreover i have raised another return request where I will return all the products where tags are still there.
