Text of Complaint by Miraj Ahmad:

I had expected that the senior most team would definitely help me in getting the refund of different products delivered to me but none of the members from the executive team (Siddhi D, Chiranjit N, Sumit D, Joshua G) of Amazon had helped me in this regard. The product which was delivered to me is also listed on amazon with the same seller and they are denying that the product shipped is different. It’s a very unfortunate thing that happened to me as the thing which I was wishing to have for too long and worked also to earn that amount to buy the same.

I’m talking about my recent order with following details:
=> Canon EOS 1500D 24.1 Digital SLR Camera (Black) with EF S18-55 is II Lens
Order date- 28-Dec-2022
Order total = Rs. 34,467.47 (1 item) from amazon.in but unfortunately I’ve received different product with different specifications (Fujifilm instax Wide 300 Instant Camera (Black) by the same seller, Now when I’m calling to customer support they are denying to replace or refund the item giving the excuse of investigation completed and now they won’t provide refund or replacement for the same. I am attaching some of the proofs I have for the reference. Even though I tried contacting them multiple times through calls, chats and mails, no one is giving any other answer instead of denial for any further help. I have also asked what investigations took place but didn’t get to know about that also. They took 5 days to investigate but when I called them on the second day only they said the investigation had already been completed and now there would not be any help after this from their side.

Any of the team from amazon was unable to address the issues with proper resolution which satisfies my thoughts. Then I tried to get the support from Department of Consumer Grievances (Consumer Court) through NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE for getting the resolution but they also failed. Their feedback was same as of amazon support. I hope this NGO will address my issues and provide help in getting the refund of the same. As I sent the references which proves the different product sent to me and the misbehave from the customer support team also led to the bad impression of amazons staff.

Please understand the situation I am dealing with the loss I’m facing. As I’m not a high earning member of my family and after the death of my father the only person is me who has all the responsibilities of my family. Please don’t let this destroy my belief in humanity. As I have been shopping for too long, this situation has brought negative impacts on my mind regarding Amazon’s shopping. I also have seen some of the cases like this before but none of the cases got negative resolution from the amazon executive team. I hope this time you guys will understand my concern. Hoping for good from this NGO organisation.

  1. I ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM LIKE ABOVE …I ALSO ORDERED TWO BRA AND 1 FREE FROM KRISTEL FROM FACEBOOK PAGE AND WHAT I RECEIVED WAS TWO LEGGINGS THAT TWO OF KIDS.
