Text of Complaint by Shreya Mishra:

I ordered a brown leather bag from IM Darji and they have sent a Blue fabric bag on 14th September 2023. right after that, I started calling them, (as they have mentioned in their policy that return/exchange can be done within 2 days of delivery) but didn’t get any response of calls and WhatsApp messages. The next day my call got answered and the person was talking very rudely and said they would exchange it by Monday, 18th Sep.
I was waiting for the parcel full day but no one came to deliver or receive the product. now this time when I tried to call them to check the status, I got to know they had blocked my number on call.
now I routed myself to their Instagram handle and texted them about the situation and asked them to respond or I’ll go legal.
Post that I got their text on WhatsApp asking the delais to schedule the exchange and said their team will reach out to me.
Today is 25th September, it’s been 1 week since i shared the details with them but no one called or texted me for the solution. and the situation is still same…they have blocked me on call, not responding to WhatsApp messages and calls, and restricted me on Instagram so I can’t post any comment on their page.
