I want to complaint against this fraud company ETHNICROOP

Order placed 12th April 2022,
Ordered from Delhi, Shahdara
I visited their website and ordered a Benglory Satin Multi Color Printed Anarkali (pic atatched). I paid full money in advance. Following are the details:
ICICI Bank Acct debited for Rs 1549.00 on 11-Apr-22; Ethnic Roop credited. UPI:210132994894
When I received the packet on 19th Apr 2022, I was shocked to see that something else (fabric for a cheap white and red unstiched lehnga) was sent. I was really shocked and tried calling their customer care service.
I kept on calling their phone no 9998125091, but all in vain. No one picks up the phone, I think only ghosts are attending their customer care.
I wrote to their emailID info.ethnicroop@gmail.com, but no response.
I messaged on whatsapp, the messages were read by concerned person but no response.
I have been cheated, This is a fake and fraud company.
they respond to you only till you pay them money. After that they are deaf and dumb.
This company Ethic roop must be closed.
I want a refund.
They are cheating customers and stealing their money.
Really disappointing and feeling exploited.
