i was send parcel use to ship rocket platform, Apr 11th Pickup ( Nager coil to Mumbai ) we pay all the courier charges and taxes. but today 28th since the parcel was not delivery yet?????????
Regarding this i called to ( Ship rocket team ) 11 times, i spoke with ” support staff, senior staff ” Only i have bending to spoke with Ship rocket manager regarding this issue, all the time support team saying arrange call back, nothing any solution get from there, i was totally disappointed and i lost my self because ship rocket platform they took ” All customer parcels and doing illegal sale activity, this is totally against with law of ship rocket running, i want raise complaint against ship rocket website, please close to the scam website in India, many people lost the parcels and money also including me, this is total scam service running in india
