Had sold an item(Khus curtain) to a customer of Amazon from Bhuj by the name Kirti B Makwana .He cancelled the order and returned another item(plastic foldable walking stick).amazon assured that i will be compensated for my lost product in a week and asked to send pictures .I sent three pictures alongwith serial number which was not very clear and I mentioned that also in the mail.But after a week they deny my claim saying pictures are blurred .now they ask me to file a new claim and when i enter the order details for eligibility they deny saying its under investigation already.They are not serious about compensating their sellers for sure.fraud buyers should not get away by cheating sellers or if its their courier guy they need to be strictly taken action against.
